Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Please read the below-stated points for any cancellations.
Please understand that the points mentioned in the policies are with reference to the time slots on the www.florynflora.com website selected by the user in the checkout process.
Orders are processed in time slots and we accept cancellation requests with reference to the time slot selected by the customer in the order placed. Consider the conditions stated below –
- If the cancellation request comes to us 24 hours before the start of the time slot selected – 20% of the order value is charged as cancellation charges. 80% refund to Bank Account.
- If the cancellation request comes to us between 12-24 hours before the start of the time slot selected, then 50% of the order value will be deducted as cancellation charges. 50% refund to Bank Account.
- If a cancellation request comes to us within 12 hours of the start of the time slot selected – 100% of the order value will be deducted as cancellation charges.
NO cancellation requests are accepted on orders placed in the following categories.
- Same-day delivery category – If your date of placing an order and the delivery date of that order is the same, we do not accept cancellation requests. If you cancel it, or the receiver does not receive it – you are not entitled to any refund.
- Same-day midnight delivery orders cannot be canceled.
- Special day orders cannot be canceled and no refund is initiated for them.
Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to wecare@florynflora.com.

Refund and return policy:
We allow refunds in genuine cases. However, in case a wrong or defective product has been delivered, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at wecare@florynflora.com or call us at +91-7007788286. Our representative will contact you and may ask for some details about the product delivered or defaults therein. We expect your cooperation and support in completing the process and that will allow us to resolve your complaint expediently.
In genuine cases, the company will refund payment for the damaged and/or defective product, only. For the wrong product delivered, the company will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refund the amount for the wrong product delivered.
FlorynFlora is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:
- Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products, and preserved items are delivered to the incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arise from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
- Product quality problems are caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
