1. Who is FlorynFlora.com?
www.florynflora is an internet-based content and e-commerce portal owned by Mr.Sudip Chandra Paul, founder of FlorynFlora. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.
2. Delivery Timings:
For all same-day orders, orders have to be made before 3 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day. We do not guarantee any timed delivery, our regular delivery timings are between 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Clients can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section while placing an order, we will try our best to honor the client’s request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery. Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New year’s Eve, etc, order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances.
For Valentine’s Midnight delivery, delivery will be done between 10 PM to 12 AM.
3. Acceptance orders:
- The orders are accepted via the website.
- Only in case of special requirements, we accept orders by mail and Customer care phone.
4. Order changes:
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and the order would not be canceled. Cancellation charges of 10% are applicable on all cancellation requests.
5. Address changes:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and the order would not be canceled. Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.
6. Product Delivery:
The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on-site because of different vendors & different season constraints. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of the non-availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Change of color of flowers due to non-availability shall also be considered under this condition. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending on local availability. Flowers may deliver fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage, depending on the availability of flowers.
7. Non-delivery of the product/Damaged delivery:
We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proof of the damage made to the product.
8. Condition for delivery:
We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. For perishable products, a delivery attempt can be made again subject to our decision and you may be liable for additional delivery charges in such cases. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible.
We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong landlines / Mobile numbers or Extension numbers may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
- The recipient refused to accept the delivery.
- Delivered the product at the Gate / Neighbor as per instruction given by the receiver.
- The recipient is not available.
9. Substitution policy:
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We, however, reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of no availability of the desired product.
10. Receiving condition:
The recipient should check the order before signing the receipt, If found damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept the order and the delivery person will return with a replacement. Kindly allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement.
11. Duplicate order:
If FlorynFlora finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.
12. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If FlorynFlora finds out about any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings, or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
13. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group, or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group, or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
14. Pincode Requirements:
It is the user’s responsibility to provide the correct pin code at the address of delivery. The pin code should map to the correct delivery address. Sometimes address mentioned does not correspond to the pin code of that area. If the pin code entered in the address section is incorrect then the following cases arise –
- The address entered is in the Non-Serviceable area, the order stands canceled and NO refund will be initiated The system checks the pin code for delivery verification and may accept an order when the pin code entered is in the serviceable area and the address is not.
- If our team contacts you regarding the wrong pin in the address, and you want to get the delivery done to the new pin code, the charges for the newly added pin code will apply. The order cannot be canceled and refunded in case you do not wish to pay for the correct pin code’s charges.
These Terms and Conditions, together with FlorynFlora’s cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other rules and policies posted on the site, which is hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlorynFlora with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Floryn Flora with respect to this site.
